These pieces of jade are from California. They are cut pieces having two flat sides. E and D are a bit triangular- the others are flat. They have some unpolished sides, but at least two sides of each piece are lightly polished.
They are between 10-30 grams. They measure 1.25 to 2.5 inches long and average about .2 inches thick.

In China, Jade has been considered the "imperial gem" from as far back as history is written. Jade also played an important role in Korean carvings dating to 850 BCE to present. It can be colored or injected with polymers to enhance colors but it looses all translucency.

Sizing details
All my pocket rockets are sorted by their measurements. The longest side is the measurement that they are sorted by. They could be very thin in both thickness and width, but make the measurement in length only. All pictures are from current lot so it will hopefully give you an idea of the dimensional comparisons for your piece.
I try to add approximate measurements to all items. If there is something I have forgotten or is unclear, please contact me for clarification!
All rocks are a bit smaller than you think they are going to be! Even I order stones online and look at them as I get them from the box and have the same thought. I always get out a ruler when I am reading the measurements on a stone to help me know what to expect.
Wholesale availability
I do wholesale buying when I attend the showcases. With Covid, many things have been cancelled and other sellers cannot get into the country. Please contact me with any questions. I do not sell anything listed on Etsy at wholesale prices, but I am willing to shop for you when I can.
