This amber is from Indonesia. Blue Amber is actually not blue but a darker than usual shade of yellow amber that makes it almost orange. Many of the pieces have a creamy color included. This is a resin, not a mineral or rock.

I was privileged to live in the United Arab Emirates for a few years. I learned about how the local culture would gift a new baby with a piece of amber strung into a necklace for health. The piece given was given for the persons life time. Any time they were sick and ailing, the amber was soaked in water and the person drank it during the illness to help them recover.

Sizing details
All my pocket rockets are sorted by their measurements. The longest side is the measurement that they are sorted by. They could be very thin in both thickness and width, but make the measurement in length only. All pictures are from current lot so it will hopefully give you an idea of the dimensional comparisons for your piece.
I try to add approximate measurements to all items. If there is something I have forgotten or is unclear, please contact me for clarification!
All rocks are a bit smaller than you think they are going to be! Even I order stones online and look at them as I get them from the box and have the same thought. I always get out a ruler when I am reading the measurements on a stone to help me know what to expect.
Wholesale availability
I do wholesale buying when I attend the showcases. With Covid, many things have been cancelled and other sellers cannot get into the country. Please contact me with any questions. I do not sell anything listed on Etsy at wholesale prices, but I am willing to shop for you when I can.
